Our four-room apartment is a duplex apartment, spacious living room with kitchenette, gas, oven and microwave, refrigerator with freezer and 10/13 covered dishwasher. Some small appliances such as toaster, egg cooker and coffee maker complete the kitchen equipment.

In the sleeping area on the ground floor there are two double bedrooms consisting of a double bed, a chest of drawers, a dressing table, bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The third bedroom in the basement is also composed of a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a wardrobe with two doors. Guests have two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bath and the other with a hydromassage shower cabin and a Turkish bath.

Our apartments also have individually controlled air conditioning, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi, hair dryer and electronic combination safe in which you can store a laptop. It certainly could not miss a fabulous loggia with gas barbecue where you can have lunch or simply enjoy moments of relaxation. All surrounded by the garden and the view of the lake and the mountains.

A car garage with direct access to the apartment. Residence Boschetti offers for all guests a seasonal swimming pool and for a more complete service in the basement in common with the other apartments there is a laundry with washing machine, dryer and iron.
